Tuleu Consulting Company, a Louisiana based company, distributor of John Deere agricultural machinery products in West and Central Africa and the French West Indies was awarded the Presidential “E” Award for export by U.S. Department of Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker in Washington, D.C. The “E” Awards are the highest recognition any U.S. entity may receive for making a significant contribution to the expansion of U.S. exports.
The company specifically provides sales and aftermarket services for a wide array of John Deere field equipment, including tractors, harvesting and loading machinery, and land preparation equipment. Tuleu Consulting Company’s accomplishments with front-line agricultural equipment and services have established its success multi-nationally.

The “E” Awards Committee was very impressed with Tuleu Consulting’s development of a successful business model that relies 100 percent on exports. The company’s work to help the country of Chad become self-sufficient in food production was also particularly notable. Tuleu Consulting’s achievements have undoubtedly contributed to national export expansion efforts that support the U.S. economy and create American jobs,” said U.S. Commerce Secretary Penny Pritsker.
Tuleu Consulting Company, with the help of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Advocacy Center, recently signed a major contract with the government of Chad on the delivery of 500 John Deere tractors and 750 implements. This contract will support Chad’s efforts to become self-sufficient in food production
A total of 45 U.S. companies and organizations were presented with the “E” Award on May 18, 2015.
